Refund policy

JOLA Jewelry has a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to return your item once it has been delivered.

Only items that are returned in the original packaging and show no signs of wear can be refunded. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ship return packages within 14 days of receiving your order, anything outside of this will not be accepted. JOLA will deduct any import tax and duties for non-USA return shipments from the refund amount.

JOLA is not liable for any lost returns. 

All sales of discounted items, custom orders, and earrings or other piercings are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
